The UNDP/UNOPS Programme “Partnership for the Future” is pleased to announce the organization of a two days training course in Kyrenia on 14 March 2005 and 15 March 2005 on HACCP. The course will be concluded with a test and successful participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
HACCP standards are applied worldwide in different segments of food sector. The European Union and all major Western countries require now HACCP as a prerequisite for doing business with all agro-food related companies, including restaurants and hotels. The aim of the course is to give a comprehensive overview about the HACCP standards and also prepare participants to understand the process of obtaining HACCP certificate as well.
The training course is meant for 20 people only from SMEs involved in the food industry, in particular agro-food based companies, owners of restaurants and coffee shops, hotels as well as people having a professional interest in the subject.
Working language of the course will be Turkish. The payment of a registration fee of 15 CYP is requested .
