TRAINING COURSE FOR FRONT DESK HOTEL STAFF AND ON THE USE OF THE FIDELIO SOFTWARE

The UNDP Programme “Partnership for the Future” is pleased to announce the commencement of two training courses for hotel staff on front desk procedures and on the use of the Fidelio software.

• The courses are scheduled to begin on 16 May 2005 at the Kyrenia American University in Kyrenia.
• Front desk procedures course will take place on Mondays and Fridays between 15.00 and 18.00 for 5 weeks and Fidelio software course will take place on Wednesdays between 9.00 and 12.00 for 8 weeks.
• Hotelier staffs who are working in the front offices of the hotels are particularly encouraged to attend to these courses.
• Fidelio course is open only to 15 participants and front desk to 30 participants.
• Registration will be done on First Come-First Served Basis.
• Interested participants are required to pay a registration fee of CYP 15 for each course.
