The UNDP Programme “Partnership for the Future” in co-operation with the Turkish-Cypriot Chamber of Environmental Engineers is pleased to announce the organization of a training session on EU Waste Management practices. In particular this training will focus on Bio-degradable waste management:

• How to identify options for collection and processing of bio-degradable waste (including composting);

• Analysis of thermal treatments options;

• How to manage Construction and Demolition waste.

The sessions are meant for max 30 people from private sector, Municipalities, NGOs and professionals involved in waste management issues.

Working language of the seminar will be English. Registration will be done on first come first served basis. For registration, please contact by 7 th March 2007 :
