Training course on:
Organic livestock and organic beekeeping
20-21 April 2011, Merit Hotel, Nicosia (09:00 – 17:00)

The UNDP Programme “Partnership for the Future” in cooperation with the “Organic Life and Farming Association (ORYAT)” is pleased to announce the organization of a training course on “Organic Livestock and Organic Beekeeping”.

The course will cover almost all organic livestock including cattle, sheep, goat, chicken, organic milk and dairy products as well as it will have a specific focus on organic beekeeping. The aim of the course is to train farmers who plan to switch from conventional farming to organic farming and organic farmers who want to improve their knowledge on organic livestock and organic beekeeping.

This course is only meant for 20 participants from the farming community, agricultural related organizations as well as for people having a professional/academic interest in this subject.
