ISO 20000 TRAINING

The UNDP Programme “Partnership for the Future” in cooperation with the “Turkish-Cypriot Chamber of Computer Engineers” is pleased to announce the organization of a training seminar on “ISO 20000”.

The following topics will be covered during the training:

Information Technology Services Management Planning and Implementation.
Prerequisites of ISO 20000.
Service level agreement, service continuity, information security and reporting management.
Customer and supplier relations management.
Event and problem management.
Configuration, change and version management.
Sample applications.
Preparation works for certification.
Audit processes.

This training is meant for participants from ICT companies or other organizations interested in ISO 20000. Also, people having a professional/academic interest in this subject are encouraged to attend it.

The seminar is open to 20 participants only. Registration will be done on first come, first served basis. The members of the “Turkish-Cypriot Chamber of Computer Engineers” can attend the course free of charge. The non-members are requested to pay 30 TRL registration fee. The seminar will be held in Turkish and catering will be provided. For registration, please contact by 2 April 2007;
