Capacity building for MSMEs and ICT companies
In the research carried out by UNDP PFF (LINK TO ESURVEY), we have found that some of the largest problems facing companies in the north with regard to ICT usage are (a) low levels of awareness among business managers and owners, and (b) low levels of competence in the ICT sector. To address these problems, UNDP PFF organised a series of capacity building seminars. Our goal is two-fold: to assist businesses in using ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) productively; and to raise the level of technical competence among ICT related companies. We collected feedback from the business community. Below you will find a few of our suggestions; however, your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
